China, seriously a salon for this?
Here is a picture of a salon in Ocean International Center in Beijing, China with a hilarious name. No it was not just a goof up in the sign — it was well thought, as seen in their salon’s printed material. There is only one question we have to them, how does one know that styling is needed?
